Moonstone Farm
MOONSTONE FARM, OWNED AND OPERATED BY MICHELLE AND DAVID CHURCH IS A HAY AND ORGANIC VEGETABLE FARM THAT WAS HOMESTEADED AND CLEARED BY DAVID’S GRANDPARENTS. THIS HOMESTEADED HERITAGE FAMILY FARM COMES PACKED WITH MOUNTAIN VISTAS, CHICKENS, AND A UNIQUE LOOK AT ONE OF THE OLDEST FAMILY FARMS IN THE MATANUSKA VALLEY.
Sunderland Ranch
Sunderland Ranch has been owned by the Sunderland family for the past 33 years and includes three generations who work on this 100 acre family ranch raising elk and horses. The family cleared most of the property and are proud homesteaders on Lazy Mountain. The families innovation has allowed them to adopt a fodder feeding system and incorporates a bed and breakfast and outdoor riding arena.
